About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to guide customers toward the best solution for their needs. The role is entry-level and includes paid training on the company and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. You will work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and trust are important. The position primarily takes place outdoors, with exposure to varying weather and moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles. It involves frequent interaction with customers and colleagues and a high pace during peak hours. Physical activity includes prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform the listed duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred but not required.
