About The Position

As a Car Wash Associate, you prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel; keep the location supplied with clean towels; help ensure equipment is functioning properly; and provide an excellent customer experience. The role calls for anticipating customer needs, building relationships, maintaining a strong focus on safety, multitasking, and adapting to change. Most of the work is outdoors. The position is presented as a starting point for developing leadership skills and potentially advancing into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
• Complete location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Help ensure the location has clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
