About The Position

The Car Wash Associate prepares, guides, and loads vehicles into the wash tunnel; helps keep the location supplied with clean towels; and ensures equipment is functioning properly while providing an excellent customer experience. The role calls for anticipating customer needs, building relationships, prioritizing safety, and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Most of the work is outdoors. This position is presented as a starting point for employees interested in developing leadership skills and potentially advancing into management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Adapt to a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Apply bug spray to vehicles while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
• Complete location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Help ensure the location has clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
