About The Position

Vault Roofing is hiring a hands-on Canvassing Team Lead to build and lead its canvassing team in Columbus, Ohio. The role leads approximately five canvassers, works alongside them in local neighborhoods, and helps homeowners schedule appointments to learn about roofing options. The team lead sets the pace, coaches in real time, and owns daily team performance. This is an outdoor field marketing position that includes personally knocking doors and meeting individual activity expectations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Compensation is approximately $50,000 in base salary plus performance-based incentives, with $80,000–$100,000 in on-target total annual earnings. Incentives are tied to completed sales presentations and sold deals, and actual earnings depend on performance. The full compensation plan is reviewed during interviews. Vault Roofing provides health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) with a 4% company match; paid time off; an employee referral program; and a company vehicle for team transportation. The position includes in-person onboarding and ongoing coaching, with opportunities for strong performers to grow into outside sales.
