About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is hiring Direct Marketing Associates for its Non-Traditional Marketing team. The role involves canvassing local neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in face-to-face conversations, and generating high-quality leads by helping customers envision how Renewal by Andersen windows and doors can improve their homes. The position measures performance against meeting-set expectations on a bi-weekly basis.

The role offers an hourly base rate of $24 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Team members typically average $25–$30 per hour, while top performers average $35–$40 per hour; top performers can earn more than $100,000 per year. The schedule is 32.5–36 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
