About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is hiring a Direct Marketing Associate for its Non-Traditional Marketing team. The role involves canvassing local neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in conversations, and generating leads for Renewal by Andersen’s windows and doors. The position offers an hourly base rate of $24 plus uncapped commissions. The posting states that most team members average $25–$30 per hour, top performers average $35–$40 per hour, and top performers earn over $100,000 annually. The schedule is 32.5–36 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Performance expectations are measured biweekly. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.
