About The Position

Flotilla Water is hiring motivated individuals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems in local neighborhoods as part of its canvassing team. The role uses company-provided targeted homeowner data and daily assigned routes; it does not involve random or blind cold knocking. Team members connect with homeowners, introduce Maytag's water-quality testing program, qualify interested homeowners, and schedule complimentary water-quality testing appointments for the sales team. Opportunities are available full-time at 40 hours per week or part-time at 30 hours per week. The company offers paid training and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Have a reliable personal vehicle for traveling assigned routes.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with homeowners.

Nice To Haves

• Previous canvassing or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit approximately 40–50 targeted homes daily.
• Introduce homeowners to Maytag's water-quality testing program.
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate appointment information and communicate with the team.
• Travel assigned routes using a reliable personal vehicle.
