About The Position

Flotilla Water is hiring canvassing team members to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems in local neighborhoods. The role uses company-provided targeted homeowner data and daily assigned routes rather than random or blind cold knocking. Team members visit homes, introduce the water-quality testing program, qualify homeowners, and schedule complimentary water-quality testing appointments for the sales team. Full-time (40 hours) and part-time (30 hours) opportunities are available. The position offers hourly pay, commissions, bonuses, weekly pay, mileage compensation, paid training, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling assigned routes.

Nice To Haves

• Previous canvassing or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit approximately 40–50 targeted homes daily.
• Introduce homeowners to Maytag's water-quality testing program.
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate appointment information and communicate with the team.
• Travel assigned routes using a reliable personal vehicle.
