About The Position
Trimmr LLC is staffing local talent with licensed operators for the fall cannabis harvest, which may extend through October and into November. Harvest shifts offer up to 52 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose fewer shifts to align with your schedule. This role provides an opportunity to earn W-2 wages, build a work record and reputation with different operators, and gain valuable industry experience. Work begins immediately, with up to 6 days a week and 52 hours available. A minimum of 3 days of 8-hour shifts is required.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old (NYS OCM requirement).
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (provide valid I-9 documentation).
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work.
- Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites.
- Able to stand or work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions.
- Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather.
Responsibilities
- Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting cannabis plants.
- Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging cannabis.
- Following farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
- Performing indoor and outdoor tasks.
