About The Position

Trimmr LLC is staffing local talent with licensed operators for the fall cannabis harvest in Fort Edward, NY. This seasonal, full-time role offers flexible shifts, with up to 52 hours available per week (minimum 3 days of 8-hour shifts). Harvest shifts are available through October and possibly into November. As a Cannabis Cultivation Support staff member, you will gain hands-on experience in various cultivation and post-harvest tasks, build a work record, and earn W-2 wages. Trimmr provides opportunities to work with different licensed operators and offers a path for growth within the cannabis industry.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old (NYS OCM requirement)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 documentation)
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with flexible gig work
• Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites
• Able to stand or work on your feet throughout the shift
• Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
• Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
