About The Position
Trimmr LLC is seeking hands-on cannabis cultivation support staff for the fall harvest season, working with licensed operators. This is a seasonal, full-time position offering flexible shifts, with work available through October and possibly into November. Successful candidates will earn W-2 wages, build industry experience, and develop a work record that can lead to future opportunities. The role involves various tasks in cultivation and post-harvest processes, both indoors and outdoors, and requires physical stamina and comfort with the work environment.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age (NYS OCM requirement).
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (provide valid I-9 documentation).
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable with flexible gig work.
- Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites.
- Able to stand or work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions.
- Able to crouch and bend.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather.
