About The Position
Trimmr LLC is seeking hands-on individuals for cannabis cultivation work during the fall harvest season. This is a full-time, seasonal position with flexible hours, offering up to 52 hours per week. Successful applicants will be staffed with licensed operators for the harvest, which typically runs through October and possibly into November. The role provides an opportunity to earn W-2 wages, build a work record, gain industry experience, and choose shifts that fit your schedule. Work begins immediately after screening and hiring.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old (NYS OCM requirement)
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (provide valid I-9 documentation)
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with flexible gig work
- Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites
- Able to stand or work on your feet throughout the shift
- Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
- Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
