About The Position

Langan is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Intern or Co-op to join its Human Resources team in Parsippany, New Jersey. The role supports the Campus Talent Acquisition Team firm-wide throughout the student recruiting lifecycle and provides coordinative support to help fulfill business objectives. The position is intended for Spring and Summer 2027.

Requirements

• Be actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or coursework relating to HR.
• Have exposure to the HR field and a particular interest in early-career recruitment and the full lifecycle recruitment process.
• Be able to work at least 25 hours per week during the spring semester.
• Demonstrate a high caliber of self-motivation.
• Have superior interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently, remain flexible, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with college career fairs and recruiting events, including registering attendance, processing payments, handling logistics, and preparing, shipping, and receiving event materials.
• Coordinate student job postings on internal, external, and university websites.
• Conduct job posting compliance processes and keep state, local, vocational/rehabilitation, veteran, and disability job posting sites and records up to date.
• Assist with management of the careers email inbox and candidate inquiries.
• Support manual reporting processes, including data gathering, updating, and auditing.
• Assist recruiters with resume reviews and interview coordination for intern, co-op, and entry-level roles.
• Provide assistance and backup to Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
