About The Position

The Campus Recruiter serves as a talent consultant and business partner, owning and executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract talent across the country at core schools. The role represents Clark Construction on campus and leads university partnerships and the strategic direction of the entry-level talent pipeline. It involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, operations, hiring teams, and campus partners to align recruitment efforts with business needs and Clark’s mission and values. The recruiter manages full-cycle campus recruitment, from early talent identification and candidate engagement through offers, while building relationships with academic leaders and campus influencers. The role includes frequent time on active construction sites and in offices. Site conditions may include uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, hoists, varied weather, moderate to loud noise, elevated or confined areas, and moving mechanical equipment. The work can involve frequent standing and movement, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, as well as prolonged sitting for office tasks. Extended hours and responsiveness outside regular hours may be required during critical project phases, deadlines, time-sensitive matters, or emergencies. A pre-employment drug fitness-for-duty screening and random quarterly tests are required.
