About The Position

The Campus Producer is an organized, people-oriented leader that loves to leverage technology (audio, lights, video playback) to create moments in worship services that help people connect with God. This role is naturally gifted to bring a group of people together toward a common goal. Equipping others to step into serving through training, development, and empowerment is a sweet spot for this role. The Campus Producer is a servant leader who is always looking for ways to support the worship team, campus pastor, and team they lead, serving both the English and Lakepointe en Español (LPE) services at the North Dallas Campus.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and relational skills across English- and Spanish-speaking teams.
• Working proficiency in presentation software (ProPresenter, Keynote, etc.)
• Team player, ready to do whatever is needed to accomplish the task and for it to run smoothly
• Actively engage in monthly worship sessions during All Staff
• Proven experience meeting multiple rapid deadlines

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years live production experience (paid or volunteer) preferred.
• Lighting programming skills a plus; willing to learn systems a requirement (GrandMA familiarity a plus)
• Familiarity with audio mixing, audio system setup, and troubleshooting skills a plus (Behrigner X32 & DigiCo experience a plus)
• Familiarity with video systems (Projection, playback, setup, etc.) a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and develop volunteer teams for both English and Spanish services.
• Provide high-quality production support for weekend services, mid-week services, rehearsals, and events for your campus. This includes but is not limited to: modifying ProPresenter content for services and events in English and Spanish, lighting design/programming, executing stage designs, and scheduling volunteers.
• Ensure production systems and volunteer teams are prepared to support both English and Spanish services consistently.
• Print and load content for the various services and events.
• Maintain production equipment at campus by following schedules and processes established by Central Production Support.
• Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meeting and worship.
• Manage training workflows for new volunteers in Planning Center Online & Rock (church database).
• Operate media equipment/provide production support for various events and services.
• Communicate with other departments, including English and LPE ministry teams, to coordinate and clarify media needs.
