About The Position
Genuine Foods is seeking a passionate, service-driven Site Supervisor to ensure the coffee shop runs smoothly and its employees thrive. The supervisor leads by example, provides warm customer experiences, and creates development opportunities for the team. The role is based at Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York, and is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt.
Requirements
- Prior Starbucks experience is required.
- Strong service orientation.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Team-building skills.
- A collaborative, energetic approach aligned with company values.
Nice To Haves
- Related supervisory or retail leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, maintain product standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop baristas in service, preparation, and company standards.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory tasks, and operational documentation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and quality control.
