About The Position

ShipBob is hiring a Campaign Manager (ABM) to drive pipeline creation through AI-powered, account-based marketing targeting Enterprise and Tier 1 prospect accounts. The role uses account intelligence—including company strategy, buying committee dynamics, competitive pressures, and engagement patterns—to shape personalized 1:1 and 1:few plays that move deals forward. The Campaign Manager designs and executes coordinated activations across email, digital, events, gifting, and content. They use AI-powered account intelligence to guide play timing, personalization, and buying committee engagement; brief and coordinate cross-functional teams; measure pipeline impact; and iterate based on data and field feedback. The role partners closely with Sales teams and AE + BDR pods to understand account priorities, map buying committees, establish feedback loops, and scale successful plays. It owns a disciplined testing roadmap to validate audiences, messaging, and tactics, measuring engagement, attributed pipeline, and causal impact. The role reports to the Director, Digital Marketing. ShipBob describes its culture as emphasizing ownership, continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and clear connection between individual work and the company mission. The role is remote in the listed states. ShipBob states that full-time employees receive access to AI and productivity tools from their first day at no cost.

  • Turn successful tests into repeatable, scalable ABM plays; document playbooks and share learnings across the team.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify bottlenecks, routing improvements, and opportunities to optimize conversion rates and sourced or influenced pipeline.
  • Establish ABM reporting frameworks and dashboards, and own success metrics, reporting cadence, and accountability for sourced or influenced pipeline, engagement, and test outcomes.
