About The Position

ECCO Group USA LLC is hiring Call Center Sales Agents for its Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe. This role involves contacting existing HomeServe customers to sell home protection products in a fast-paced call center environment. The position is described as remote/work from home, although the posting heading also labels it onsite. The role pays $11 per hour or the applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher, plus commission, with weekly pay. Paid training lasts one week and runs from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST; the schedule after training is also 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. The listed start date is November 9, 2026. A background check is required or may be required, and 100% attendance is required during the first two weeks. Applicants must meet all listed computer, internet, and equipment requirements.

Requirements

Call center sales experience is stated as a must.
Proficiency with computer navigation is stated as a must.
