Call Center Representative/Dispatcher
About The Position
TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing is hiring a full-time Call Center Representative/Dispatcher for its San Jose call center. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, books service appointments, and provides a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The representative is expected to help customers, meet productivity goals, and accurately document interactions. The position offers starting pay of $22–$28 per hour plus bonuses and performance pay. Requirements
- Customer service orientation and enjoyment of helping people.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple calls.
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with ServiceTitan.
- Spanish bilingual skills.
Responsibilities
