About The Position
We are currently seeking an office-based Call Center Intern to join our Phase 1 Unit Call Center team. This position will be part of a team focused on recruiting participants for our research studies and contributing to the company’s success.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications or life science related field
- Ability to work a first and second shift schedule between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm with the occasional weekend and extended hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to screen participants from a volunteer database
- Determine whether participants are eligible and available for research studies.
