About The Position

A Women's Health practice in Cobb County is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Call Center Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and support a growing women's health team. This role includes 3 months of onsite training at the West Cobb location, after which it transitions to fully remote work.

Requirements

  • Experience in a call center, medical office, or customer service environment preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems such as ModMed/EMA preferred
  • Experience with Availity, Cigna, and UHC portals a plus
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
  • Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming patient calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Respond to patient emails and Klara messages promptly
  • Support scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Assist with fax management and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding insurance and patient questions
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience every day
