About The Position

This role is responsible for completing transactions of selling and buying chips from customers. The company will never communicate via text message to discuss or schedule job interviews and will never ask for personal information over the phone, via email, or via text.

Requirements

• Ability to complete transactions of selling and buying chips from customers.
• Ability to acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Ability to sell chips to Runners and Dealers.
• Ability to cash out customers.
• Ability to issue Dealer banks.
• Ability to issue Restaurant and Deli/Snack Bar Cashiers banks.
• Ability to complete customer credit checks.
• Ability to assist customers in the transactions of their “players bank.”
• Ability to accept authorized markers and sell chips to players accordingly.
• Awareness of counterfeit currency and ability to report it to the Manager immediately.
• Understanding to never indicate that a tip, “toke”, or gratuity is expected for services.
• Willingness to perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Cage Manager.
