About The Position

Great Western Dining Service is seeking fun and energetic Cafeteria Staff for its Southeast Community College - Milford location. The role supports cafeteria operations by preparing and serving meals, helping with occasional catering functions, working across cafeteria positions, setting up serving lines, maintaining required food temperatures, and keeping work areas clean and organized. The position is part-time, Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Requirements

• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Background in customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to walk continuously and use other means of mobility.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and pull, and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in any language other than English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
• Participate in occasional catering functions.
• Perform all positions within the cafeteria.
• Assist with setting up serving lines and ensure food is held at the required temperature.
• Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized.
• Provide service with a smile.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
