About The Position
Care Initiatives is hiring Dietary Staff to support residents in its skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa. This role performs food table service, serves hot and cold food portions, sets up and clears tables, transports food carts, and brings trays to residents’ rooms while providing exceptional customer service. The position also includes cleaning duties and maintaining safe, sanitary work areas. Evening shifts are indicated in the job title, with full-time and part-time schedules available.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
- Willingness to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

- Experience in a healthcare dietary setting.
