About The Position

Hillside Plaza is hiring Dietary Aides to help enrich residents’ lives through compassionate care and quality dining experiences. The role supports meal preparation and dining-area operations in a skilled nursing and care community. Training is provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in healthcare; prior food-service experience is a plus but not required. The position is offered in full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and clean-up.
• Ensure meals are prepared according to residents’ needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with dietary and healthcare teams to support resident wellbeing.
