About The Position

Atlantic Specialty Care, a 90-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Atlantic, Iowa, is hiring Dietary Staff for evening shifts. The role is part of the dietary team serving residents in a healthcare setting. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

The Dietary Staff member performs food table service, including serving hot and cold food portions, setting up and clearing tables, transporting food carts, and delivering trays to residents’ rooms while providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes cleaning and maintaining safe, sanitary work areas.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
