About The Position

This position combines busser, food server, and general table-maintenance duties for Wildfire Properties. The Restaurant Attendant takes food and beverage orders and accurately enters them into the computer/register, then effectively serves food from the kitchen to guests’ tables. The role maintains clean tables and their overall appearance, completes assigned side work and additional tasks, and monitors the assigned station—including floors—to keep it free of debris. The attendant must know the menu, beverages, food preparation, and prices; use suggestive-selling techniques; and follow company procedures for handling cash and comps.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

• One or two years of prior culinary experience is preferred.
