About The Position

At Main Event, Café Attendants create exceptional Guest experiences by helping Guests select quick bites and beverages. They know the menu, recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils, and uphold high standards of safety and sanitation. The role includes welcoming Guests, recommending menu items, preparing and delivering orders, processing payments, and completing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Requirements

• Guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet Guests while serving as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guests’ needs.
• Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
