About The Position

At Main Event, Café Attendants provide exceptional Guest experiences by helping Guests select food and beverages to reenergize them for their next activity. Attendants know the menu, make recommendations, and are familiar with recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils. They uphold high standards of safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• A Guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet Guests while acting as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guest needs.
• Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
