About The Position
At Main Event, Café Attendants provide exceptional guest experiences by helping guests select food and beverages. They know the menu, make recommendations, and are knowledgeable about recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils. The role also emphasizes high standards of safety and sanitation. Café Attendants welcome guests, prepare and deliver food and drinks, process payments, and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties. The position requires a guest-focused mindset, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
Requirements

- Food Handlers Certification, as required.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, team members, and guests.
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

- Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Welcome and greet guests as an ambassador of fun.
- Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guests’ needs.
- Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
- Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
