About The Position

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing and dependable Cafe Worker to serve customers at a dealership cafe. The role welcomes customers, prepares a variety of cafe items, and prepares food for expected daily customer traffic. The Cafe Worker maintains kitchen supplies and equipment, ensures food is cleanly and safely stored with appropriate date labels, follows food safety protocols, and helps with cleaning and custodial duties in the cafe and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has an unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record, a positive attitude, a professional appearance, and food service experience. Additional duties may be required.

Requirements

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to safely prepare food for customers in an organized and quick manner.
Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Dependable and focused on providing great customer service.
Some experience in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

Greet cafe customers in a friendly, professional manner, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location when necessary.
Prepare a variety of items in the cafe and prepare food for daily customer traffic.
Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe and ensure the cash drawer is balanced.
Maintain kitchen supplies and machinery and keep food items clean, undamaged, and properly date-labeled.
Follow industry-standard food safety protocols and all safety and security procedures.
Perform general cleaning duties, including trash removal and sweeping, in the cafe and surrounding areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
