About The Position

As a Cashier, you are the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service and helping ensure every guest has a positive shopping experience. The role involves greeting customers, assisting them, and handling point-of-sale transactions. The successful candidate is friendly, dependable, customer-focused, communicates effectively, works well under pressure, and contributes to a positive team environment. Candidates must be able to multitask, remain composed in a fast-paced environment, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work cards required by the jurisdiction must be provided before the start date. The employee must hold a valid Health Card and a valid Alcohol Awareness Card. English reading and verbal communication skills are required; written English communication may also be required. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. Physical demands include standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach, and type without assistance.
