About The Position

At Lockheed Martin, the Aeronautics Supply Chain team is seeking an early career subcontract administrator for supplier and subcontract management, working with various suppliers across the globe. The role involves overall management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance, interfacing with program functional organizations like Production Operations. The position will manage procurement, delivery activities, and related purchase order delivery schedules supporting IFG, AMMM, and F-35 production, sustainment, and development programs. Responsibilities include preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules, and communicating across multi-functional and multi-level platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience managing competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, ERP system, SAP systems or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
