About The Position

The Busser at the 20th Hole Restaurant supports servers and hosts by keeping tables and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. The role contributes to prompt, polished service and guest satisfaction through teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. This is an onsite, year-round, part-time position at Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah. Pay is $12 per hour plus tips. Individual compensation decisions depend on various factors.

The 20th Hole is Black Desert Resort’s signature golf lounge and dining venue, serving members and resort guests in a premium, energetic setting. The busser works with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support smooth service and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and peak-service lunch hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables, keeping dining spaces clean and organized.
• Assist servers with delivering water, beverages, and food items as needed.
• Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment organization.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including floors, windows, and restrooms.
• Assist with guest requests and communicate needs to appropriate team members.
• Ensure areas comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support smooth service flow.
• Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
