About The Position

The Busser at 20th Hole Restaurant supports servers and hosts by keeping tables and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. The role calls for teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. The position is onsite at Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah, is year-round and part-time, and pays $12 per hour plus tips. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and peak service lunch hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, organized dining space.
• Assist servers with delivering water, beverages, and food items as needed.
• Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment organization.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including floors, windows, and restrooms.
• Assist with guest requests and communicate needs to appropriate team members.
• Ensure all areas comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
