About The Position

The Busser supports the restaurant team and helps maintain a clean, inviting dining area. The role includes clearing dishes and glassware while guests are dining, cleaning and resetting tables between guests, replenishing service areas, and assisting waitstaff. The Busser may occasionally help with dishwashing. The position works under direct supervision, handles basic issues, and refers more complex matters to higher-level staff. It typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience, along with beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter and clerical, organizational, oral communication, and customer/client orientation skills.

After an initial waiting period, employees hired into full-time positions are eligible for a benefits package. The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites is located in downtown Los Angeles and offers hotel, dining, retail, meeting, and conference facilities.

Requirements
