About The Position
Bonaventure of Milwaukie is hiring Caregivers to join its health care department and support residents in its senior living community. The community offers assisted living, residential care, memory care, and independent living, as well as in-home health care for residents. Paid training is provided, and previous caregiving experience is not necessary. Caregivers provide personal care and assistance to residents, respond to call lights, administer medications, and complete daily charting and medication-order entries. The role also involves providing customer service to residents, their families, vendors, and outside providers. Requirements
- English language proficiency is required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Answer resident call lights in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, vendors, and outside providers.
- Administer medications.
- Complete daily charting on residents.
- Input medication orders into the Medication Administration Record (MAR).
