About The Position
Woodland by Bonaventure is seeking an energetic, dependable Dishwasher/Server to support dining services at its retirement and assisted living community. The role helps provide residents with an exceptional dining experience, emphasizing relationship-building and gracious, timely service. It offers a consistent work schedule and few late nights compared with many similar positions. The Dishwasher/Server cleans dining areas and dishes, helps sanitize kitchenware and food-preparation areas, maintains an orderly work area, and handles dishes and utensils safely. The position also includes taking residents’ food orders and delivering meals efficiently and pleasantly. The listed starting pay is $17.13 to $18.13 per hour.
Requirements

- A flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler card.

- Serving experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide quick and efficient bussing and clean dining areas; wash dinnerware.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware and food-preparation areas.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area and return clean items to their proper locations.
- Help ensure every resident is served graciously and in a timely manner.
- Handle dishes, glassware, and utensils safely and properly.
- Take food orders and learn residents’ preferences.
- Deliver food quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly while providing exceptional customer service.
