About The Position

For weary travelers, you’re more than a bartender. You’re a friendly face at the end of a long flight or a stressful day. In addition to expertly mixing cocktails and serving up ice-cold drafts, you are an ultra-friendly ambassador for the Hotel. Sure, you will be preparing drinks, taking orders, and serving plates of deliciousness. But more than that, you’ll take your food and beverage expertise and mix thoroughly with your knowledge of the city to give our guests an unforgettable experience.

Requirements

High School diploma (or equivalent)
Previous bartending experience
Current Food Handler’s Permit
Ability to think on your feet
Ability to work calmly under pressure

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and promote a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
Prepare drinks, take orders, and serve plates of deliciousness.
Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar.
Use food and beverage expertise and knowledge of the city to give guests an unforgettable experience.
Chat with guests appropriately and know when to be unobtrusive.
