About The Position
Our Bussers help keep the floor running smoothly by supporting servers, turning tables quickly, and making sure our guests always have a clean, welcoming space to enjoy their food and beer. They work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Warm, guest-focused attitude and a team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and move quickly during busy shifts
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to professionalism
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; we’re happy to train the right person
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests
- Deliver food and assist servers with running dishes during busy times
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked
- Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed
- Assist with polishing glassware and restocking plates, silverware, and condiments
- Help maintain safe walkways and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Support teammates and jump in where needed to keep service flowing smoothly
