About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, with the position based at various locations throughout the Kona side of Hawaii Island (96740). Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, trainees build the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. The role offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $60,021, based on an average 45-hour work week. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a bachelor's degree or be graduating with one within the next three months.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Must have a satisfactory driving record, defined as no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
Must not have a drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
