About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, with positions based at various locations on the Kona side of Hawaii Island (96740). Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve as a customer-facing representative and operational contributor. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, they develop the skills needed to run a branch, build business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with opportunities to establish relationships in the community. The role offers a stated target first-year annual compensation of $60,021 and an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a bachelor's degree or be graduating with one within the next three months.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales. Examples include commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Must have a satisfactory driving record, defined as no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
