About The Position

The Busser clears and resets tables, carries dirty dishes to the dish room, transports food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, and runs food and serves tables. The position assists with dining room setup, supports servers as needed, and sets buffet tables for meal shifts. Employees must be available to work in various Food and Beverage outlet locations depending on business levels and may be required to work holidays wherever needed, even if their primary outlet is closed. The work environment is usually moderately noisy. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; currently enrolled high school students working part time while attending school are exempt from this minimum.
Ability to stand and walk; use hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
Occasionally balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Transport food orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
Clear tables and carry dirty dishes to the dish room.
Reset tables for the next guests according to standards.
Assist in setting up the dining room for scheduled shifts.
Assist servers when necessary.
Set buffet tables for meal shifts.
Attend training classes as required.
Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
Follow Resort Standards of Operation procedures.
Be available to work in various Food and Beverage outlet locations depending on business levels.
Work holidays wherever needed, even if the primary outlet is closed.
