Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must work well with or without direct supervision.
- Must be neat and well groomed at all times.
- Needs to be flexible, self-motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-worker and management.
- Must maintain current food handler’s certification.
- English skills necessary to communicate with guests.

- Prior busser experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide and facilitate excellent food and beverage service to guests in an expedient, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assist servers with food service.
- Complete all pre and post shift side-work assignments.
- Prepare teas and coffees.
- Assist the server with the expedition of food to the tables.
- Serve guests and internal employees in established standards.
- Refill nonalcoholic beverages.
- Clear tables appropriate to the course.
- Communicate constantly to the server regarding guest needs.
- Recognize guests by name using names whenever possible.
- Thank guests for dining with us.
- Assist Juice Bar attendant when available.
- Completely set tables with all items including proper, polished service ware.
- Report any guest dissatisfaction, mishandled order and opportunities to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain par levels supplies.
- Keep work station clean at all times.
- Read all memos.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
- Report to Restaurant Manager or Supervisor before ending work shift.
- Act as an ambassador of Enchantment Resort and Mii amo by speaking positively of the property at all times.
- Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work efficiently and as a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
