About The Position

Maintain a clean dining area by bussing tables efficiently, courteously, and accurately while providing outstanding guest service. Act as an advocate for the restaurant, create personal guest experiences, and develop relationships that encourage guests to return. The role may also include responsibilities outside the job description as needed.

Requirements

• Food Handler Certification, if applicable.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, the restaurant point-of-sale system.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Hardworking and dedicated, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set tables to restaurant standards.
• Deposit dishes in the dish-room or other specified area.
• Remove dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated.
• Serve beverages promptly.
• Stock bussing stations.
• Clean stations, including sweeping floors with the tools provided.
• Set up and refill the buffet as needed.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary, such as expediting food to tables.
• Take on responsibilities outside the job description when needed.
