About The Position

The Busser is responsible for setting up and cleaning the dining room before, during, and after meal service. The role assists servers to ensure Members receive quality service and helps create memorable experiences for Members and Guests.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in and understand the predominant language of Members and Guests.
• Must be able to work days and nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with others.
• Possess the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Skills include service orientation, social perceptiveness, and coordination.
• Work styles include exactness, stress tolerance, cooperation, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

• Prior service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with their tasks.
• Help carry food trays to tables.
• Remove soiled dishes from tables and bring them to the wash area.
• Remove soiled linens and replace them with clean linens.
• Set tables with silverware, glassware, utensils, and other necessary items.
• Clean dining room areas.
• Stock servers' stations with supplies.
• Collect trash from dining and patio areas.
• Dust chairs before and after meals.
• Keep ice buckets filled.
• Maintain a neat and clean workstation during service.
• Observe restaurant policies regarding uniform, hygiene, and grooming.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
