About The Position

The Busser-Deuce clears and resets tables, carries dishes to the dish room, runs food from the kitchen, and serves tables. The position may involve working in different Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels and working holidays wherever needed, even when the employee’s primary outlet is closed. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum education requirement, with an exception for students currently enrolled in high school who work part time while attending school. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. Physical demands include standing and walking; handling and feeling objects; reaching; talking or hearing; tasting or smelling; occasionally balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, except for students currently enrolled in high school who are working part time while attending school.
Ability to stand and walk; use hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
Occasionally balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Transport food orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
Clear tables and carry dirty dishes to the dish room.
Reset tables for the next guests according to standards.
Assist with setting up the dining room for scheduled shifts.
Assist servers when necessary.
Set buffet tables for meal shifts.
Attend training classes as required.
Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
Follow Resort Standards of Operation procedures.
Work in various Food and Beverage outlet locations depending on business levels.
Work holidays wherever needed, even if the primary outlet is closed.
