About The Position
The Busser - Seasonal plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. This position focuses on supporting the waitstaff by promptly clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with general upkeep during busy seasonal periods. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to prepare for new guests.
- Assist waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or condiments, and responding to guest needs as appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.
- Ensure that all dining supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth service flow during high-volume periods.
