About The Position

SA Hospitality Group is hiring a seasonal Busser to assist servers in providing quality service to guests and support the management team as needed. The role includes preparing tables and service stations, delivering bread and water, clearing and resetting tables, and completing assigned side work. The employee must be available to work through January 31, 2027.

Requirements

Ability to communicate and understand directions in English for workplace safety, and to understand, respond to, and engage with coworkers, managers, and guests in English.
Flexible schedule.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work on their feet for at least 8 hours.
Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with their hands.
Must be able to move quickly between parts of the club.
Must occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required.

Responsibilities

Set up tables with appropriate mise en place, including ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce, and sugar bowls.
Ensure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service, and maintain them during service.
Set up candles on tables.
Detail tables before service to ensure place settings are neat and organized.
Deliver bread and water to tables in the assigned section and assist other sections when necessary.
Keep the bread warmer organized and full.
Clear tables between courses.
Clear and reset tables for new guests.
Complete assigned side work before and after service.
Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
