About The Position

The Busser assists servers in providing quality service to guests and supports the management team as needed. This is a seasonal position, and the employee must be available to work until January 31, 2027. Duties and responsibilities may be reviewed and modified periodically based on business needs. Requirements

Communicate and understand directions in English to ensure workplace safety.
Understand, respond to, and engage with coworkers, managers, and guests in English.
Have a flexible schedule.
Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Be detail-oriented.
Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work on feet for at least 8 hours.
Be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.
Be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
Be able to move quickly between parts of the club and occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required.

Responsibilities

Set up tables with appropriate mise en place, including ketchup, salt and pepper, HP sauce, and sugar bowls.
Ensure all stations are stocked and ready for service, and maintain them throughout service.
Set up candles on tables.
Detail tables before service to ensure place settings are neat and organized.
Deliver bread and water to tables in the assigned section and assist other sections when necessary.
Keep the bread warmer organized and full.
Clear tables between courses.
Clear and reset tables for new guests.
Complete assigned side work before and after service.
Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
